Travis Hayes, CEO & Owner

PAL is owned by Commander Travis Hayes (Ret.), a 20 year Naval Supply Corps Officer with a Certified Public Accountant license and a Certified Professional Contracts Manager certificate. He has a Masters Degree in Financial and Acquisition Management and a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management and Accounting. Mr. Hayes has hands-on experience on the flight line, at the Pentagon, as the lead Weapons System Support Officer at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, at the world’s largest aircraft manufacturer (Boeing), and on Capitol Hill.
